What to do if my discord server gets banned

We know it may be a super stressful moment when your discord server gets banned, below you will find the steps needed in order to make sure we can get your new server added to your Whop Biz dashboard and start bringing your members in! 1. Contact us directly by creating a support ticket in our discord server

2. We will ask for details confirming you are the owner of the company (if your discord account has also been banned).

3. Create a new discord server 4. We will disconnect your current discord server and have you link your new discord server through your Whop Biz dash settings page.

5. You will then need to create new roles for your members and add those roles to your and ensure all passes have an experience added

5. Next we migrate all of your members to the new discord server with the correct roles. After all members are added you should be good to proceed business as usual
