How to Re-Add a user to your discord server

This guide will help you re-add a member of yours to your discord server. Let's dive in 🙂

Re-Add Discord Roles from your dashboard

If for any reason your members lose access your Discord or any of the roles included with their Pass(es), you can manually re-add their Discord roles from the Member Details page. Let's start by heading to your Members tab on the left side navigation bar or directly through this . Next search for the desired member you would like to add back to your discord server by using their discord username, ID, or email address to find them. Please click on the member to open up details on the user. Lastly, we want to click on the member actions button (3 dots) for the active pass. This will create a drop down box that includes the button we are looking for. Click on "Re-add Discord Roles" and the user will be automatically added to your discord server with the correct roles.
