This FAQ article is related to the email notification we send to your customers automatically if they have not linked a Discord account to access their perk yet

Whop will send automatic emails to your customer's inbox, if they have not connected a discord account to their Whop account after completing their purchase. The email address your customer will receive these emails to is the same one they used during their checkout of your product. These emails are conditionally sent at set periods of time after a customer has completed their purchase, only if the customer has not connected their Discord account to their Whop account.
