The New Waitlist page

Create a new Waitlist for a Pass in minutes with the Waitlist shortcut! Fill out this page to create a Waitlist that allows users to purchase a Pass upon your approval. Waitlist entrants can input their payment information to automatically receive the product following their acceptance. New Waitlist In order to create a New Waitlist, a business must first select which access Pass they want to create a waitlist for. When users are accepted off the waitlist, they will receive access to chosen pass. Waitlist details Control the amount of entries for your waitlist by checking the auto close box underneath the Waitlist details section. If the box is checked, you will then be prompted to input a max number of entries for the waitlist. Once that number is reached, no additional entries will be able to be approved. What price will admitted members pay for access? Choose between granting free or paid access to the Pass upon entry approval from the waitlist in this section. If you choose paid, a user will automatically be charged the set Plan amount when they are granted access. Add pre requisites to enter If you want to create an exclusive waitlist, add pre-requisites for entry submissions in this. These can include pass ownership, discord roles, and more! Having pre-requisites is great idea if you only want certain people to have access to your waitlist. Custom Fields Custom Fields are additional prompts you can assign to users to submit along with their entry. This is a great way to collect any information that might assist with approving or rejecting entries! Visibility Determine which of the three visibility settings you would like for your waitlist here:

• Visible to Everyone: This is a public waitlist that anyone can view on your company page.

• Unlocked with a password: Users will not be able to submit a waitlist entry unless they input a password.

• Hidden (secret link): This waitlist will only be accessible via link. Otherwise it will not be visible on the checkout page. You can retrieve the secret link to your waitlist on the Links page of the business dashboard.

Waitlist Name (internal only) Add an internal name for your waitlist to make it easily identifiable for your team. This is especially important if you have multiple Waitlists for the same Pass.
