Create a Raffle

Learn how to setup your raffles and ensure fairness around your passes' release

New Raffle

Raffles let you randomly select customers to buy one of your passes. Your active raffles will show up on your Raffles page and your Passes page.

Select new raffle and complete the required information. With Whop's raffle system, you have complete customizability across many fields (see below).

Raffle Fields:

• Pass: the pass that the raffle is created for that the winner will gain access to

• Number of winners: how many people will be selected as a winner of the raffle

• End date: the date the raffle will close

• End time: the exact time the raffle will close

• Max entries: this can unlimited or a set number

• Price: what winners will pay if they win the raffle (free v. set price)

• Pre-requisites: indicates whether or not a member needs to have another requirement to enter the raffle

• Custom fields: collect any additional info you'd like from a customer

• Visibility: throttle how visible you want the raffle to be (everyone, password protected, or hidden with a secret link)

• Raffle name: internal only reference for the raffle, externally this will refer to the pass being raffled

• Giveaway channel: Discord channel destination where the webhook will be sent

Once your raffle is created, entrants will need to enter their billing information, and pre-authorize their card to join. This authorization will allow you to automatically accept and charge the customer if they happen to win the raffle, giving them instant access to your pass.

You have the option to whitelist certain Discord IDs, limit the number of entries, select the end time of the raffle (if any), determine whether winners should be selected automatically, and toggle the raffles visibility on your homepage.
