Whop Dashboard is your one-stop-shop to start, manage, and grow your business.

Stats & Insights

The Home page displays high-level stats and insights about your business. It helps you make decisions and stay up-to-date with customers, memberships, and cancellations.

One of the two most important stats for your business's success are Total Memberships and Monthly Reoccurring Revenue. We have highlighted these two stats in their own blocks and in the third block you will find Visitors Today which is a count of how many members have visited your Whop Marketplace page today. Under the Monthly Reoccurring Revenue block, you can toggle between the currencies that you charge.

To view more stats about your business, click the "View stats" button on the top right corner of the three blocks. This will open the Stats & Insights page.

Activity

On the right hand side of the Home page is your Activity feed. The Activity feed displays live updates about your business... in real time.

You'll get an Activity alert for all activities within your company, some of them might be:

👀 Page view - When someone views your company’s marketplace page

⚔️ Affiliate referral - When an affiliate successfully refers a new customer

✌️ Expiring soon - 24 hours prior to a membership canceling

🎉 New member - When someone joins a pass

💬 Discord roles claimed - When a member claims their Discord roles

💳 Updated payment method - When a member updates their payment method

☢️ Membership canceled - When a member cancels their membership

🔑 Key reset - When a member resets their software key

🔀 Key shuffled - When a member shuffles their software key

🌱 NFT mint - When someone mints an NFT from your collection

🗞 Whop Digest - Curated news updates from Whop

⚠️ Canceling member - When someone cancels their renewal

😅 Uncanceled member - When someone cancels but reverts the cancellation

📝 Waitlist entry - When a member enters one of your waitlists

Quick Actions

From the Home page, you can quickly jump to the pages that matter most using the quick actions right under our stat blocks.

Here are a couple of quick actions that you may see on your home page!

Goal

Your business' success is very important and it should be celebrated! The goal meter will help you keep track of the reward tiers that you have unlocked or are close to unlocking!

You will unlock a special reward at the following paying member counts: 10 - ❓ 100 - ❓❓ 500 - ⁉️ 1000 - ⁉️⁉️

Once you have hit the above goals, look out for a message from our team in your company's discord channel
