Understanding numbers is important to the success of any business. Stats & Insights gives you a birds-eye-view of your company's most vital stats and numbers, so you can take action. We designed this page in hopes that you never need to go to a different website to track analytics for your business.
Filter by Time and Pass using the drop-downs at the top of the page to narrow your inspection. Choosing filters causes the statistics to automatically update to your new parameters.
Select which statistics you want to view on the Stats page. There are a lot of statistics to choose from, so here is a comprehensive breakdown of each stat:
Total Members: Total Members indicates the total number of unique passholders—both paid and free.
New Members: New Members indicates the total number of new unique passholders—both paid and free—over the specified time frame.
MRR: Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) indicates the predictable total revenue generated from active subscriptions in the specified month. MRR excludes one-time memberships and one-time fees.
ARR: Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) indicates the predictable total revenue generated from active subscriptions in the specified year. MRR excludes one-time memberships and one-time fees.
Churn: Churn Rate indicates the percentage of subscriptions that are discontinued over the specified time period.
Retention: Retention Rate indicates the percentage of subscriptions that are NOT discontinued over the specified time period.
Avg Revenue per user: Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) indicates the total revenue divided by the total number of members.
Gross Volume: Gross Volume indicates your total sales monetary-value over the specified time period.
Disputes (in period): Disputes indicates the total number of disputes filed over the specified time period.
Crypto Payments Ratio: Crypto Payments Ratio indicates the percentage of all payments that are paid with crypto.
Subscription Ratio: Subscription Ratio indicates the percentage of all memberships that are subscriptions (versus one-time memberships).
Top Paying Members: Keep an eye on your most loyal customers here! The Top Paying Members ranks your customer base by total amount paid to your business.
Recently Churned Subscribers: Get ahead of churn trends using the Recently Churned Subscribers table. Track the outgoing MRR and reason for leaving in order to gain a better understanding of the customers you are losing and why.
