Members

All of your members in one place.

A Member is a user who owns one or more of your Passes.

The Members page displays all of your memberships. Quickly browse your list of members to view payment history, membership status, passes, and more!

You can chose between Active or Churned members to view two slightly different lists.

Filtering

Under the Active members tab you will find the member search bar. You are able to search for specific members by Whop username, Discord username, Discord ID, and more.

To the right of the search bar you will see a count of your member's subscriptions that are either Trialing, Renewing, Expiring, Cancelling or Lifetime. Click one of these options to quickly filter your member list to show all members under that specific condition.

The Add Filter button will further allow you to filter your member list based on more specific criteria. Clicking it will return the filter menu where you are able to filter Members by Date Joined, Pass, and Plan.

Exporting

At the top right of the members table there is an Export. Clicking this button will export a CSV of all of your members on the current page and their related info! The filters that are currently selected with be taken into account when exporting.

Sorting

To change the way your table is sorted, click on the Total Spend or Date Joined titles to toggle order. For example, clicking "Date Joined" will change the order from chronological to reverse chronological. Clicking "Total spend" will re-sort the table results based on total spend.

Member Details

Click on the name of any member once to open a quick view of their infomation on the right hand of the screen, double click their name to view their full-page page.
