Make changes to a member's passes and payments
From the Member Details page, you can easily make changes to a member's active memberships and payments by clicking the "..." button to the right of a Pass or Payment.
This will open a dropdown with a list of actions.
Popular Actions
Add Free Days
Give a member additional subscription days for free. You can add up to 365 free days.
To Add Free Days: Click the "Add free days" button from the dropdown -> Type in the number of free days you'd like to add -> Click "Confirm"
Pause Payments
Pause Payments will temporarily pause a member's payments for their Pass, while maintaining their access to the Pass and its Experiences. Click Resume Payments to automatically resume their payments.
To Pause Payments: Click the "Pause Payments" button from the dropdown -> Click "Confirm"
Cancel Renewal
Cancel Renewal will cancel a member's subscription for their Pass. They will still get access to their Pass until the next upcoming renewal date, at which point they will lose access to their Pass and its Experiences, and you will not be able to revive their access.
To Cancel Renewal: Click the "Cancel Renewal" button from the dropdown -> Click "Cancel Renewal"
Terminate Now
Terminate Now will immediately cancel a member's access to their Pass. They will lose access immediately, and you will not be able to revive their access.
To Terminate Now: Click the "Terminate Now" button from the dropdown -> Click "Terminate Membership"
Re-Add Discord Roles
If for any reason your members lose access to the Discord roles included with their Pass(es), you can manually re-add their Discord roles from the Member Details page.
To Re-Add Discord Roles: Click the "Re-Add Discord Roles" button from the dropdown.
More Actions
Copy Transfer Link
You can copy a member's transfer link (if applicable) and share it with them in case they're confused.
To copy a member's Transfer Link: Click the "Enable Transfer Link" button from the dropdown. This will copy a transfer link to your clipboard, which you can share with the user.
Reset Key
Manually reset a member's license key. License keys are only used for passes that include access to a Software experience.
To Reset Key: Click the "Reset Key" button from their Software's "..." dropdown.
Ban Key
Manually ban a member's license key. License keys are only used for passes that include access to a Software experience.
To Ban Key: Click the "Ban Key" button from the Software's "..." dropdown.
Shuffle Key
Manually shuffle a member's license key. License keys are only used for passes that include access to a Software experience.
To Shuffle Key: Click the "Shuffle Key" button from the Software's "..." dropdown.
Unlink User Discord
Disconnect a user's Discord account from your Pass. Doing so allow members to connect a new discord account at whop.com/hub under your Pass. For a more detailed breakdown of the process, checkout our mini guide here.
To Unlink User Discord: Click the "unlink user Discord" button from the Discord pass' "..." dropdown.
