The Member Details page displays lots of relevant information about a specific member, including their passes, experiences, payment history, recent activity, and account information.
The overview is a breakdown of how much this specific user has spent with your company. It also includes the date they became a member and the monthly reoccurring revenue from this member
Easily see how many users a member has referred under the affiliate overview section. This section also includes the amount this user has been paid in affiliate rewards and a retention percentage of all of the users that they have referred
Engagement score is a quick view to see your member's progress through your engagement discord bot that you may have set up. It will include the total score that the user has earned, how they rank amongst other members, and how many days it has been since they earned their last point
Here you will find information on your user that can make it easier for you to directly contact them
For companies that utilize our APIs, clicking on metadata will allow you to see the info parameters that you have set within the APIs
Here you can find information like the user's discord id, user id, stripe subscription id and customer id
If this user has left a review fore your company, you will be able to see the review that they left under the marketplace review
All of a member's active memberships are shown here. Each row includes the Pass in which they are a member for, the Plan they used to get it, their joined date, and their membership's renewal date (if applicable). Click "Inactive pass" to view their expired/ended memberships.
Each row will show the discord role experience that a user owns including the pass that give this discord role experience
All of a member's payments are shown in the Payments table. Use the category columns to filter payments by amount, status, pass type, payment plan type, payment method, and date.
