Create a Discord Pass

Create a new Discord Access Pass in minutes with the Discord shortcut! Fill out this page to create a Pass that grants users access to your Discord server with specific role assignments. New Access Pass Create a new Pass to tie your Discord roles to. Your Pass Name will be displayed on your checkout page. Explain the contents and perks of the new pass in your Pass Description section. Discord Role (s) Choose which Discord roles to allocate from your server in the Select Role(s) dropdown. If your server roles do not populate here, be sure to connect your server in the Settings page. Next, select a cancellation action to apply when a user cancels their pass. Here are your options:

• Kick User: Removes the user from your Discord

• Remove Role(s): Removes the roles from your user, but does not kick them from the Discord

• No Cancellation: Does nothing. The user will still have their roles and Discord access

Plan Price Payment details determine how much you'll charge members, how often you'll charge them, whether or not there's an initial fee and free trial period, and accepted payment methods. There can be multiple Plans for a given pass, so head to the Passes page to add more later on. Release Method Your release method determines how your members will access the pass. There are currently three options for release methods:

• Buy now: members can immediately purchase the pass

• Raffle: members enter a raffle. The winners of the raffle have the opportunity to purchase the pass

• Waitlist: members enter a waitlist for the opportunity to purchase the pass

  • Note: Members are required to enter their card information at checkout regardless of release method so they will be automatically charged if selected in delayed release methods (raffle / waitlists)

Visibility

Visibility controls who can see the plan you're creating. We currently have three visibility options:

• Visible to everyone: the plan will be publicly visible. Best for companies trying to reach as broad an audience as possible

• Unlocked with a password: the plan will be password protected. You determine the password and can change it at any time. Best for companies building a product that they only want to be available to a select few.

• Hidden (secret link): the plan will only be visible via a unique link. You can customize the link and can change it at any time. Best for companies building a product that they only want to be available to a select few without having to enter a password.
