The Legal Settings page is where you upload all of the important legal documents for your business. These will provide customers with policy information while also assisting with charge disputes or any other legal proceedings involving your business. Note: To properly upload PDF's, be sure to save your document as a PDF file type before selecting the upload pdf button to the right of the intended policy.

Terms of Service

A Terms of Service agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and your users. Users agree to follow your rules, and in exchange you offer them access to your services.

Privacy Policy

A Privacy Policy is a legal document that states how a business collects, processes, and handles data of its users and customers.

Return Policy

A Return Policy is a legal document that establishes a business' rules and procedures regarding returns and refunds.

EULA

Upload a PDF of your End User License agreement in the EULA section. Your EULA is a legal document helps to ensure that you retain full ownership rights and control over whatever software/access is being offered to the customer.

Require terms and conditions consent

Switching on the Require terms and conditions consent toggle will require customers to acknowledge and consent to your terms and conditions before checking out.

Allow customer VAT ID submission

Switching on the Allow customer VAT ID submission toggle will prompt to customers to enter their VAT ID when checking out. This may be important for European businesses that need VAT ID's for tax purposes.

Registered Company Number

This option will allow you to enter your registered company number. This number will be displayed on customer's payment receipts
