The name of the Discord Server connected to your Whop account will appear here.
If you run an NFT project, you can select the channel to drop your NFT Verify Webhook here. Users will be redirected from the Web-hook to the verification page on Whop. We strongly recommend that verify web-hooks are turned on to make the process smooth for your community.
Make sure the discord channel is private! The Whop Bot will also need correct role permissions to send webhooks & messages for the feature to function properly
We strongly recommend keeping a close tab on customer activities with the Event Log Webhook, which can automatically message in a channel whenever the following occurs:
Membership creation/purchase
Key transfer
New waitlist entry
Cancel at period end date change
Cancel at period end status change (cancel or uncancel)
Payment failed
Set this channel to private to ensure that no other messages appear in this channel. Make sure the Whop Bot has the correct role and permissions to send webhooks & messages to ensure this works properly
If you're running giveaways on Whop, select which channel you want to drop Webhooks for giveaways using the Giveaways Channel section. Then when you create giveaways on Whop, a webhook with a link to enter the giveaway will automatically populate in the designated channel for your members to enter. Make sure the Whop Bot has permissions to send webhooks & messages to ensure this works properly
Select the channel you want giveaway winners to be automatically announced in here. When a winner of a giveaway is set, this webhook will automatically send announcing the winners and tagging their Discords.
If you just added a new channel in your discord and do not see it in any of the lists above, you can use th Refetch Channels button to refresh the channels that Whop is currently picking up
Make sure the Whop Bot has permissions to send webhooks & messages to ensure this works properly
If you chose to utilize the feature, you can select a role that will be assigned to users when their membership becomes past due. Once their membership becomes past due they will lose their paid member role and will gain the selected past due role. After their membership is successfully renewed, they will automatically have their past due role removed and will regain the paid member roles.
