Refund a member's payment

As the popular saying goes, "The customer is always right"... even when they're not. To keep customers happy, you may need to refund a payment. Whop makes this process quick and easy.

Refund a payment

You can refund a successful payment from the Payments page or the Member Details payment section. Click the "..." button to the right of the payment row and click the "Refund Payment" button.

You can refund the whole payment or give a partial refund.

Input how much you'd like to refund with "Partial refund"

You can refund fiat payments from your dashboard. To refund a crypto payment, you'll have to manually send money to a member's wallet address.
