Nowadays the average Discord user is in over 100 servers. This means that your important messages are likely slipping through the cracks. Whop to the rescue!

Below are some examples of notification types we've seen come from communities on Whop:
Shock news regarding sneaker/retail drops. (ex: Yeezy Supply restock, PS5 restock, etc.)
Online price errors leading to free money! (ex: Free DoorDash orders, 80% off code error on Adidas, etc)
Sports betting + crypto/stock trading alerts.
+ Anything else you think is important or would post in your announcements channel in Discord
Enter the Whop App:
All you need your members to do is download the Whop app.
Once your members have downloaded the app, all they need to do is sign in with their Discord account that is connected to their Whop account.
There are two ways you can send notifications out to users:
Through your Whop Dash.
By DMing the Whop bot the following command: whop push <message>
To create a new notification you'll need to provide the following information in the "New Notification" box.
Body - the contents of the message
Link (optional) - where the member will drive when they click the notification
The output of the notification information will look like this on your members' mobile phones:
Once you add all the required information to your notification, hit "Send push notification" and all of your members will be notified.

For extra convenience, you can send messages to your users from inside your server using the Whop bot.
The Whop Bot can trigger push notifications with the following command format, (you don't need to include the <>):
whop push <message>
Note: Only dashboard team members can initiate a push notification request using the Whop Discord bot. They can either have the support, admin, or owner role.
View all sent notifications by selecting "View all sent >" on the App Notifications home page. It will take you to this page where you can see all of the information around the push notification that was sent including:

Start by heading over to your notifications app on the dashboard . It will look like this:
(if you want to include a link in your notification when using the Discord bot to send the push notification you can just include the URL at the end of your message, ex: "whop push xxx ")
