Create a raffle

Learn how to setup your raffles and ensure fairness around your passes' release

New Raffle

Raffles let you randomly select customers to buy one of your passes. Your active raffles will show up on your Raffles page and your Passes page.

To start creating a new raffle you will need to head to your Passes page and select the pass in which you will create the raffle for. Within that pass you will want to click on + Add pricing option and set the pricing for the raffle plan.

Once that is done select the release tab and click on raffle. Once raffle is selected you will then be able to input the amount of winners and the End date time for your raffle.

Raffle Fields:

• Number of winners - how many people will be selected as a winner of the raffle

• End date & time - the time and date the raffle will close

Once your raffle is created you will be able to see and manage your active raffle from the Raffles page, entrants will need to enter their billing information, and pre-authorize their card to join. This authorization will allow you to automatically accept and charge the customer if they happen to win the raffle, giving them instant access to your pass.

Raffles Page

From the Live Raffles page you will will find a chain link icon to copy the link for your raffle as well as a "..." button that gives you the following options:

• Edit Raffle - Quickly edit your raffle details

• View Pass - View the pass in which the raffle was created under

• Duplicate Raffle - Quickly create another raffle with the same settings

• Export All Entries - Get a csv export of user's information that has entered your raffle

• End Early - Immediately ends the raffle and picks winners

• Send Webhook - Sends a enter raffle webhook to the raffle webhook channel set within the Whop Dash Discord Settings page

Clicking "View" will open up a page showing all of the current entries for your raffle including their discord username, email and any custom fields that you have set

Within the Ended raffles tab you will be able to duplicate the raffles as well as export a csv of all of the raffle winners. Clicking "View" will open up a page showing all of the entries for your raffle as well as the winners and losers.
